𝐈'𝐦 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐳𝐢, a wife and mother to 3 beautiful daughters based in Tonganoxie, KS. Life has had its fair share of love, battles, victories, and surprises... moments of sheer exhaustion as well as pure joy.
𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘯, 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳. We discovered she has a rare genetic condition called Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, which caused epilepsy and Autism. I lost myself after her diagnosis, and although I was physically present, I was absent mentally. I became a shell. My life had changed direction in a way I could have never expected, and 𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚 was devastating. I felt invisible, trapped in my grief//sadness, constantly overwhelmed + angry. I knew I needed help, 𝘴𝘰 𝘐 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘺 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦. It was my light and saving grace during a very dark time.
𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 and I decided to take a leap of faith and become a yoga teacher. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself! That decision was the beginning of a profound spiritual experience and journey that I hope never ends. I am now a certified Reiki Energy Healing practitioner which has taken my personal spiritual practice and ability to help others 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭!
Recently, in 2024, my spiritual practice went deeper and my desire to work with women has really come on line. I began to truly step into my authentic voice and learn how to show up fully as myself. Flawed, imperfect, messy, fierce as fire and full of heart. I want to give my clients to show up in the same way. As you are. My business is shifting as I integrate Yoga, Reiki, my personal story and life's purpose and weave them into a beautiful healing practice to support other women on their own healing journey's. To create a safe and healing space for mothers, daughters, sisters and all women.
My daily intention is to shine this radiant loving light into the lives of others. To serve the good of all and the harm of none. To live and stand in my life's purpose on this earth. 𝙼𝚢 𝚐𝚘𝚊𝚕 𝚒𝚜 to help women SEE themselves clearly, and to guide those who cross my path into knowing that they are enough. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡, 𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.
