Hello, Beautiful Soul! ✨

I’m Linzi—a wife, mama to three incredible daughters, and the heart behind PLY Healing in Tonganoxie, KS. Life has been a wild, beautiful journey—filled with love, challenges, and moments of both exhaustion and pure joy. But when our youngest daughter was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, epilepsy, and Autism, my world shifted. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself.

Through therapy and a deep spiritual awakening, I found my way back to my light. Yoga became my refuge, leading me to become a yoga teacher, and ultimately, a certified Reiki Master practitioner. Reiki didn’t just heal me—it transformed me, revealing my purpose: to help other women reconnect with their own strength, beauty, and worth.
