Cancellation Policy

At PLY Healing, each service is a sacred experience, intentionally designed to support your healing journey. By scheduling this service, you are saying yes to your healing and committing to the time and energy set aside for your transformation. In honor of this commitment, I honor both your time and mine and ask that you respect the following policy: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling will be honored without any additional fees. Cancellations & No-Shows: Due to the sacred nature of our services and the energy invested in preparing for them, refunds are not offered. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the service will be considered forfeited. No-shows will result in a forfeited service with no credit or refund. Funds used to pay for a service can be credited toward a future service if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment. If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule: If I, Linzi, need to cancel or reschedule your service for any reason, you will have the option to reschedule at your convenience or receive a full refund. Your healing experience is my priority, and I deeply appreciate your understanding. Sacred Exceptions – Life Happens: I understand that life is unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please reach out, and we will work together to find a compassionate solution. The healing space is meant to flow with grace, and I trust in divine timing. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your service, you have the following options: Log into the Member Login section on the PLY Healing website and select My Bookings to manage your appointments. Phone or text are the only methods available for cancellation or rescheduling requests. Please refrain from using email for these requests.
